Changing the original sales value
The original sales value, passed through the automation in the IniciaFuncaoSiTefInterativo() function, can be changed during a sales transaction with Itaú digital wallets, if there is an agreement between the establishment commercial and Itaú (fixed percentage discount on the total sale value), in the following situations:
a) If the transaction is for the sale of products (discounts cannot be applied to services such as: Bill Payment, Prepaid Cell Phone Recharge etc)
b) Commercial automation must inform CliSiTef that it knows how to handle discounts, sending the following additional parameter (“ParamAdic” parameter of the IniciaFuncaoSiTefInterativo function):
{VendaValorDiferenteHabilitada=1}
Note 1: In cases where there is a change in commercial automation, discounts are posted in the tax printer, thus no taxes are levied on the value of the discount applied, i.e., there is an incidence tax only on the net value of the purchase.
c) If the commercial establishment does not want to change the POS, and it assumes that taxes will be charged on top of the total amount, and not on the discounted amount, the following must be carried out configuration in CliSiTef.ini:
[DigitalWallets]
DescontoDoEstabelecimentoSemAlterarPDVHabilitado=1
Note 2: In this case, the tax will be levied on the total value of the sale, not considering the value of the discount.
Note 3: In this case, the establishment is also assuming that they may be paid unduly discounts on service payments (Bill Payment, Prepaid Cell Phone Recharge, etc.).
Note 4: With this configuration, the discount will be provided to the customer, both when purchasing products, such as payment for services, that is, the commercial establishment will be affected, whether by be paying tax on the value of the discount (by not posting this discount on the tax printer), such as giving a discount when it shouldn't be (on payment for services). In this way, this configuration should be done with caution, considering these burdens that the establishment may be bearing*
