Virtual POS

To meet the needs of the store wich intends to make payments through an objective interface, Virtual POS Payment was created. Similar to a POS (Point Of Sale) this interface does not have integration with an e-commerce application, so it does not total or consolidate your sales with other systems in the store. It is a means to make a sale, even if a specific application developed is missing.

It is a unique solution that uses the Carat Portal platform with a focus on small call-centers.

Another objective would be the contingency for payment transactions to be carried out when the website integrated with Carat Portal fails or is unavailable.

All calls made will be answered synchronously, except for the status notification that will be carried out by Payment Online asynchronously.

Supported Routings#

Virtual POS can only be used with routing via SiTef. This means that routes such as Cielo e-Commerce, e-Rede, Getnet WS and others for communication with an e-commerce platform cannot be used in this interface.
